Bank of India mobile banking application available for Android and iOS. You can activate Bank of India Mobile Banking on your phone to manage account online.
To check your user id through mobile banking, first log in to mobile banking and tap on Profile.
In profile, you can see your customer ID as you can see below screenshot.
Check BOI User on Account Statement
If you have BOI account statement PDF file then you can see your user Id in the statement. Open account statement PDF file and view customer details where you can see customer id.
Printed on Passbook
Your Bank of India user id printed on your passbook front page. Check your physical passbook front page where all account details printed. You can see the customer ID number.
Call Customer Care to know User ID
You can also call Bank of India representative to know your account user id. Dial 1800220229/18001031906 numbers and ask your customer id.
