Central Bank of India Internet Banking default user ID is your CIF number which you need to enter to log in to your net banking account. However, you can change your CBI net banking user ID and set your own customized user Id for your net banking account.
You can set the preferred user ID and log in to net banking using this customized User ID. After setting up the custom User ID for your net banking account, you can use default user ID (your CIF number) and new customized User ID to login net banking account.

Log in to Centra Bank of India Internet Banking. Enter your default user ID and login password and click login.
After login, click on Profile – Profile Settings – Set Preferred User ID

Select OTP via SMS option for authentication and enter OTP received on your registered mobile number.
