Central Bank of India MISSED CALL BANKING is a free service from the Bank wherein you can get your Account Balance & Mini Statement by giving a Missed Call to pre-defined mobile numbers from your registered mobile number. Please ensure that your mobile number is updated in your account to be able to register for this service
The service can be activated from branch for the mobile number that is registered with the Bank. Registration/Activation for service needs to be done from branch.
Activate missed call banking for Central Bank of India account
First make sure your mobile number is registered with your bank account. To activate missed call banking facility, visit your home branch and ask them to enable this facility for your account.
If you are planning to open an account in CBI then ask bank person to enable this facility too.
After missed call banking activation you can now check your bank account balance and get mini-statement by just giving a missed call from your registered mobile number.
Get your Account Balance
- Dial 09555244442 for Balance Enquiry: After dialing this number, you will get an SMS on your registered mobile number. You can see your net available account balance in SMS.
Get Account mini-Statement
- Dial 09555144441 for Mini Statement: You can get the Mini Statement i.e. last 3 transactions on the account through SMS.
Please note again: It is mandatory that mobile number to be used for missed call service to be registered with bank. If not done, visit Home Branch and update mobile number.
