In this post we will show you how to complete kyc and upgrade limits on PayZapp wallet. PayZapp wallet is HDFC bank owned digital wallet.

The deadline to complete the mandatory know-your-customer (KYC) process and linking e-wallets to a government-approved identity proof, ended on Feb. 28. Since then, people who didn’t finish the verification process have been unable to load money from their bank accounts.

If you are a Payzapp user then without kyc you can’t send, add or receive money to your wallet. So read below step by step process and upgrade your payzapp wallet by submitting your pan details.




Please note: If you are HDFC saving account holder and registered on payzapp with same HDFC account mobile number then your kyc already done. You don’t need to verify your details.

Payzapp Wallet – How to Submit KYC and Upgrade Wallet

First of all update your application with latest version.

1: Open Payzapp wallet and open settings.

2: Next screen you can see Update KYC option, tap on it.

3: Now enter your Pan card details, type your pan number, name and Date of birth. Accept terms and conditions and submit.

Done! your kyc details submitted. Your wallet limit is now up to 10,000. You can now able to send/receive money. So this is how you can upgrade your payzapp wallet by submitting kyc details.

    • If you are HDFC customer and signup on payzapp with same HDFC mobile number then no need to complete kyc as you are already complete your kyc. Please contact payzapp and ask them when my wallet become kyc compliant.

    • Because of rbi guidelines many wallets users facing this issue. Please contact payzapp or wait for sometime

    • Same problem facing other users too. Aadhar kyc option not available. Only aadhaar needed to complete kyc. Waiting for next update.

  9. sir, i have not HDFC bank account. but i am using payzapp. Now in my pazapp account the minimum Kyc is completed. i activate on 08.03.2018 when activation time mention this 3 working days but now running more and more working days. yet not activate. my big money locked in this wallet. No customer Care. always this customer care number too busy. very worst. and Nomore Contact Number also. i am very upset. i am very suffering my life survival this payzapp. please Help me. otherwise i will go to police or court case of legal.

    • Simple trick to withdraw amount.
      1. Create payzapp card
      2. Now use paytm wallet or other wallet like phonepe
      3. Add money using payzapp card
      4. Now transfer money to bank account.
      Better use paytm.

        • Paytm is far better than payzapp and their kyc process is very simple. You can complete your kyc at home and also open payments bank account with rupay physical card. To transfer money wallet to bank account now kyc required so you need to complete kyc first. I suggest add some money to paytm and check whether they allow transfer money to bank account without kyc, if yes then go ahead and trasfer payzapp balance to paytm. Else wait for payzapp update.

    • Here i show you how to withdraw payzapp amount.
      1. Create account in paytm
      2. Open payzapp and open ootions and generate your payzapp card.
      3. Now add money to your paytm wallet using debit card
      4. Enter payzapp card details and complete transaction.
      Now your money on paytm wallet.
      Now transfer this money to your bank account.

    • Create payzapp card. Now use this card on other wallet like paytm to add money. Then withdraw money to bank.

    • The same issue is facing other users too. They completed minimum kyc but unable to send money.
      You have one option to withdraw your money.
      1.Install phonepe, create account and complete kyc using aadhaar card.
      2. Now add money in phonepe wallet using payzapp card which you can find or generate on payzapp app.
      3.Enter card details and add money to phonepe.
      4. Now transfer your money to your bank account from phonepe.

        • Use Payzapp Card to transfer money to any other wallet. You can see Payzapp card option there. Transfer amount to Phonepe wallet then to your bank account

  13. I am beginning to think this app is just a waste of time. Keeps asking me to update Kyc, but cannot do it. Just regretting why did I even started using this app. Got same app in my other phone with same issue.

    • Same problem is facing other users too. You can still withdraw money using Payzapp card. Open options and tap on Payzapp card. Open any other wallet and add money using payzapp card. I suggest use paytm or phonepe. After adding money you can withdraw amount to bank account. Phonepe wallet kyc is very simple.
