SBI customers can apply for Atal Pension Yojna (APY) through Internet Banking. If you are SBI customer and interested in APY then here we will guide you, how to apply for APY in SBI online.
Under the APY, the subscribers would receive the fixed minimum pension of Rs.1000 per month, Rs. 2000 per month, Rs. 3000 per month, Rs. 4000 per month, Rs. 5000 per month, at the age of 60 years, depending on their contributions, which itself would be based on the age of joining the APY. Therefore, the benefit of minimum pension would be guaranteed by the Government. However, if higher investment returns are received on the contributions of subscribers of APY, higher pension would be paid to the subscribers.
The minimum age of joining APY is 18 years and maximum age is 40 years.
Therefore, minimum period of contribution by any subscriber under APY would be 20 years or more.

Apply Atal Pension Yojana in SBI Online
Login to SBI Internet Banking: https://www.onlinesbi.com/
After login click on e-Services and open Social Security Schemes (PMJJBY / PMSBY / APY)
Next screen, select Atal Pension Yojana (APY) and select your Account number and click submit.
Now select your CIF number and submit.
And next screen you need to fill out APY application form. Enter personal details, address and other information.
- In Pension Details, select your pension amount, select standing instruction date, contribution period (monthly, Qualettely or yearly). Now submit your application. You can see your contribution amount which will be automatically debited from your saving account.
Congrats, you have successfully applied for APY. Now contribution amount for APY will be debited from your saving account on the selected period (Monthly, quarterly, yearly).
