You need to activate SMS Banking facility to receive account mini statement (last 5 transactions details) through SMS.
To avail the services of SMS Banking you have to select the SMS Banking option in the form available with the branch. You should also ensure that your Mobile Number is available with the branch. If you have opted for SMS Banking then you will receive a Mobile Personal Identification Number (MPIN), a unique number from the bank. On receipt of the MPIN you have to acknowledge the bank, after which the Mobile Banking services would be activated for you. After activation, you can now access your account with your mobile phone.
To receive account mini statement through SMS:-
- Type “LATRAN<space>Account number” and send to 9223150150 (eg: LATRAN 44323232442)
- After sending an SMS, you will receive last 5 transactions details on your registered mobile number.
