Thousands of people across the country have taken advantage of this scheme and are earning 20,000 to 40,000 monthly. Yes you heard right.
CSC that is Common Service Center, you have read lot about this initiative on Internet. So Today we are going to tell you what is CSC (Common Service Center) and how you can build your own career by opening your CSC center.
What is CSC Center?
As we know that the government has made all the services online, but still people are troubled to take advantage of these services, even they have no knowledge about these services especially in rural area and villages.
So Government has started opening such CSC (common service center) centers across the country under the National e-Governance Plan (NeGP).
These CSC centers will make all government and private services available to the common people of the country such as: digital banking, telecom, agriculture, health, education, entertainment, FMCG products, banking and financial services, all types of certificates, applications and Utility Bill Payment etc.
It is clear that by visiting these centers you can apply for PAN card, passport, Aadhaar card, fill many scheme forms, pay bills, recharges, banking related works and take advantage of many government related services.
How to open your CSC Center?
Any citizen of the country can open their CSC center and start earning money after getting licence. See below requirements to apply CSC center.
Requirements for the person
For the person who wants to open his Common Service Center, the Government of India has set very few requirements:-
- The person must have his Aadhaar card
- Age should be 18 years or above.
- 10th passed
- You must have knowledge of your regional language and basic english
- Basic computer knowledge
Requirements for CSC Center
For CSC center see below requirements:-
- 100 to 150 square feet room
- A computer with 120GB hard disk, CD / DVD Drive, Windows OS
- UPS
- Printer / Color Printer
- Web cam / digital camera
- Scanner
- Internet connection with better speed (at least 128kbps)
If you have all these above requirements then you can also apply for CSC center.
How To Apply Online for CSC Center
Yes, you can apply online for opening a Common Service Center, you do not have to go anywhere. You have to submit online registration form. Once your application has been approved, you can will get licence to start your CSC center.
Let’s see how to send an online application:
1: First of all you have to visit Registration portal and hit on click here to register.
2: In the next screen you have to type your Aadhaar number and in Authentication type select “OTP” option. OTP is easiest method so i recommend select this option else you can choose other options too.
3: In the next screen you have to click on Generate OTP, you will receive OTP on your Registered mobile number. Type your OTP and click on validate OTP.
Keep in mind that both your mobile number and email address should be registered with your Aadhar card, if not, your application will fail.
4: After the authentication is complete, in the next screen you can see your Aadhaar card information with form. You have to fill this form correctly. Here you need to upload your CSC center photos also.
After filling the form, just submit the application.
5: After submitting the application, the application ID will be generated which you have to save,an acknowledgment email will also be sent to your registered email address.
Once successfully sending the application you can check your application status.To check your application status:-
- Visit the URL http://register.csc.gov.in
- Click on “Applications” menu and select “Application Status” option.
- Enter your application id and Captcha Text Click on “Submit” button.
Once your application is approved, you will get the license to open the CSC center and you can start your work.
How much can you earn from the CSC Center?
It depends on your work and the surrounding environment. There are many people who are earning up to 50,000. So basically you can earn up to 20,000 to 30,000 monthly.
Need any training for this?
Not at all. To open a common service center there is no training required. You just need to eligible for above requirements.
What to do if the application gets rejected?
If your application rejected, you can apply again. Make sure don’t repeat your mistake. Submit correct information only. Your CSC center photos should looks good.
