SBI net banking users can easily change their login password and profile password by following these steps:
Change SBI Net Banking Login Password
You can change your SBI net banking login password using two methods:
- Using One Time Password (OTP)
- Through Profile Password
1# Change Login password using OTP
If you don’t know your profile password then use One Time Password (OTP) option to change your login password.
First, log in to your net banking account: https://retail.onlinesbi.com/
1# After login, click and open My Accounts & Profile tab section and here click on Change Login Password as you can see below image.
2# On the next screen, select “Generate One Time Password (OTP)”
3# Now enter OTP which received on your registered mobile number and submit.
4# Finally enter your current login password and set your new strong password.
2# Change Login Password using Profile Password
The second method is, use Profile Password to change your SBI net banking login password.
Click and open My Accounts & Profile tab and click on Change Login Password.
Now select “Change login password using Profile Password”
Now enter your Profile Password and submit.
Finally, enter your current sign-in password and set new.
If you forgot your current login password then above methods will not work, you need to click on forgot password option in the login page and follow the instructions.
