How to avail Missed call banking facility:
1: You need to send an SMS from your registered mobile number to activate the missed call banking facility.
2: Open message box and type “SREG <customer ID>” e.g. SREG 2133114144 (you can find your customer ID on your passbook)
3: You will get a confirmation message for the above step.
4: Once confirmation is received, you can give a call to the below toll-free number.
Dial- 9210332255
5: The call made will get automatically cut after one or two rings.
6: You will then receive an SMS mentioning the outstanding balance for the Default Account Number.
If you have multiple saving accounts then you can change your default account to receive balance alert. To change the account you need to send an SMS from the registered mobile number in this format: SACC & send to 9210332255
