All telecom companies have instructed their customers to link aadhar card with their mobile number before February 2018. If you do not link then your number may be interrupt.
If you are a Vodafone customer then here we are going to tell you how to link your Vodafone number to Aadhaar card.
The process of linking the mobile number to Aadhar card is similar for all operators, so customers of other operators can also follow this process.

Link Aadhaar card with Vodafone Number
You can not do this work online, yes mobile number-Aadhaar linking facility is not available online.
You will have to visit your nearest Vodafone Store or any Mobile Shop near you where e-KYC facility available.
It will be better for you to visit a Vodafone Store, Vodafone Stores are now available everywhere so you will not face any trouble.
Now see what the process is:
1 First of all you have to visit your nearest Vodafone Store/Mini store with your Aadhaar card and Mobile number. You can see your nearest store with the help of Google Map.
2 At store tell the person that you want to link aadhaar card with mobile number.
The person will send OTP on your vodafone number, tell him this OTP password.
3 Now you have to give your Aadhaar number to the person.
Now you have to complete Biometric Authentication process. In this process you have to scan your fingerprints on fingerprint scanner.
After successful biometric verification, your request for linking aadhaar and mobile number will be successfully submitted. You will receive message on your mobile number.
So, your Vodafone Mobile Number has been linked to your Aadhar card. Within a week you will also receive a confirmation message.
If you bought your SIM card using other ID proof like voter ID card or Driving licence then you must link aadhaar with your mobile number. If you purchased SIM through Aadhaar card then you don’t need to follow this process cz your number already linked.
