(5) Next you need to select “Issue of Replacement EPIC without correction” option
(6) On the next screen, you will be required to complete Form 8. (A) section is already filled so leave it and click on next.
(7) Similarly, you don’t need to do anything in (B) section so click on the next.
(8) Now in (C) section you need to select the reason for applying. choose “Destroyed due to reason beyond control, like flood…” OR “mutilated” any option from these two. Click on next.
(9) Next enter your place name and click on next.
(10) In the last step, enter the captcha code and click on “preview and submit”
(11) Next screen you can check the preview of your filled form 8. If your all details are correct then click on submit.
(12) Ok so your application for a duplicate Voter ID card (EPIC) has been submitted successfully. You will get your reference number to track your application status. You can also download the acknowledgement slip.
After submitting your application for a duplicate voter ID card, your application will be reviewed and completed within a month. You can use your reference number to track your status.
