The deadline to complete the mandatory know-your-customer (KYC) process and linking e-wallets to a government-approved identity proof, ended on Feb. 28. Since then, people who didn’t finish the verification process have been unable to load money from their bank accounts.

Please note: If you are HDFC saving account holder and registered on payzapp with same HDFC account mobile number then your kyc already done. You don’t need to verify your details.
Payzapp Wallet – How to Submit KYC and Upgrade Wallet
First of all update your application with latest version.
1: Open Payzapp wallet and open settings.
2: Next screen you can see Update KYC option, tap on it.
3: Now enter your Pan card details, type your pan number, name and Date of birth. Accept terms and conditions and submit.
Done! your kyc details submitted. Your wallet limit is now up to 10,000. You can now able to send/receive money. So this is how you can upgrade your payzapp wallet by submitting kyc details.
