How To Re-verify your Vodafone number with Aadhaar on IVR

After a recent Supreme Court order , the Department of Telecom (DoT) has issued instructions to all mobile service providers to update the customer’s Aadhaar number to his/her mobile number.

This is only true for all prepaid and postpaid customers who have not activated their number through the new biometric based e-KYC process. This means that, if you activated your Vodafone number by submitting forms and paper documents earlier, you will now need to update your Aadhaar number against your mobile number. The last date to complete this is 31st March, 2018.
