PNB mPassbook is a digital passbook application to check account activity on your phone. You just need to install PNB mPassbook App on your phone to access your passbook online.
Normally, you need to visit with a physical passbook to check account activity and it is time-consuming. But now passbook available on your phone and you just need an Internet connection to check account transaction activity.
Through PNB mPassBook you can view your account transactions at any time. You don’t need mobile banking or net banking facility to activate this facility. All you need, your registered mobile number to activate mPassbook to view account statement.
Activate PNB mPassbook on your Phone
First, install PNB mPassbook application from play store or iOS store.
Now open the application and enter your Customer ID & proceed. you can see your customer id on your passbook. The application now send an SMS to verify your registered mobile number. Make sure you are using bank registered mobile number in your phone.
After verifying your mobile number, now set MPIN for login and proceed.
You are successfully registered for PNB mPassbook facility.
Now login with MPIN.
After login, you can see your available account balance. Tap on your account to view statement.
Next screen you can see detailed account statement. Just select your dates (within 90 days) and tap on Detailed Statement.
You can see your last 90 days account transactions activity on next screen. Tap on filter icon to view credit or debit only transactions.
PNB customers can also check account activity through PNB net banking and mobile banking facility. Also, register an email address to get account e-statement on email address.
So this is how Punjab National Bank customers can access passbook online on his/her phone. No need to visit Bank to print physical passbook.
